The office staff, nurse and scheduler all made me feel comfortable, but Dr. Bell made me feel validated. He acknowledged my pain without dismissing it. He listened and fully explained my xray and mri. He knew I had tried meds, shot and PT but yet my pain was just getting worse. Dr Bell must be very popular because his surgery schedule is jam packed. Very happy to have found this practice thanks to my very good friend, Karen Rumolo.

Dr Vonthron was very informative with my issue. The office was very efficient and the dr assistants very pleasant. The appt was pretty prompt and X-rays were done quickly. I gained a lot of knowledge about what was going on with my knee issue.

Located close to home. Lobby was clean with adequate seating and friendly staff. Wait time was minimal. X-ray technician was friendly, and very efficient. Dr. Crenshaw was extremely nice, he examined my knee, thoroughly explained the findings of my MRI and X-rays, and provided treatment options. I am beyond pleased with my visit to J.O.I. San Marco. Should I need further orthopedic care, I will definitely go back to them.
