Dr. Solis is great. listened to the problem I was having with my knee. Did the exam and gave me information as to how to recover. Have an appointment in a month. If knee has recovered, will cancel. Would certainly recommend JOI.

The whole experience. The doctor I saw was so kind, intelligent and didn't treat me like a "dumb old lady". I am old now but I've noticed the way some people talk down to people my age and it's very condescending. Just because we get old doesn't mean we all have decided to give up or loose our minds. I can't say enough about him. He got me out of pain the same day with injections so I'm ready for the holidays. Thank you.

Easy check in. But the check in people could be a little more friendly. Like maybe smile and say hello. Other than that, have been coming to JOI for many years for different reasons. Always happy with every physician I've been to there. Great care. Dr. Gopal is great as well as Dr. Kitay and Dr. Savarese.
