Almost always in time in taking me in for my appointment. Dr. Smith covers everything I need to know and answers all my questions in detail. I don’t feel rushed but he is very efficient. Love the PT staff as well - they are superb and always fun to be with.
When I called for an appointment they were already scheduling out almost two months. Day of my appointment they got me back within maybe 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Did X-rays and seen Dr. Last name removed pretty quick. He has a really good bedside manner so it was easy to listen and understand his diagnosis. I pretty much knew what he would advise and agreed anything else that could be done would just be delaying the obvious. Not a fan of the surgery but I complete trust that he will take very good care of me. His hands and Gods guidance will get me through this.

Dr. Carrasquillo is the best foot doctor! This is my 3rd time seeing him for a foot injury and every time he has been quick and thorough and kind. His MA Mel is so helpful and nice. I highly recommend JOI!

Always walk away from JOI visits impressed. Everyone is great, from the folks greeting at the reception desk through the medical team, friendly, professional, and efficient. For such a busy office, I have NEVER waited or wondered if I'd been forgotten, as often happens elsewhere these days. As far as the actual treatment, Dr. Gould and his team are awesome - taking the time to explain everything in layman's terms, including options, and just treating patients with respect and care while treating their injuries/ailments. If you gotta see someone at JOI, they make it as great as it can possibly be!
