I needed two different joint problems dealt with. Dr. Hughes and Dr Frykberg were my physicians. Both were professional, interactive, and addressed my issues with solutions that have resulted in positive progress at this time. I have aging joint issues along with old sports injuries. I could not be more satisfied with their service at this time.

Really appreciated all the time Dr. Kaplan spent with me. Was concerned that since JOI is so big wouldn’t get personal service but that turned out to be the farthest thing from what happened. Everyone I interacted with was so nice.

(On another note - trying to become a new Customer was an atrocity!
Your IVR is one of the worst, time wasting and infuriating that I've ever encountered. It's embarrassing.
Your scheduling dept entered our home phone number rather than my cell, so I had to get my sign-up code via voice. The IVR is garbled and I had to ask for the code 3 times before I could actually understand it. And - whoever heard of a 9 character alpha code!?!
Then - your new Customer website has a "floating" JOI banner covering 1/3 of the information page and you have to try and avoid clicking on it when attempting to enter the required info. If you miss a "block" and hit the banner, you have to re-start. It was so frustrating that I almost cancelled.
Also, the amount of information required and the number of forms to be completed is outrageous. On top of that, the logical linking of forms was totally ignored leaving the Customer praying that the constant re-starts would some day be over.
I'm an old IT manager for a large multi-national, so I have some idea about web design. I can guarantee that your IT manager NEVER ran this site through a "sandbox" before release. I can also guarantee that he/she has never actually tried to negotiate the site. Nobody in the IT world would have ever let this mess out to the public if they had actually tried to use it.
I suggest that you give each partner in the firm a fake login and allow them to try and negotiate the site. I think you'll get some useful feedback.
