I've been a patient at JOI for more than 20 years. I've seen Dr. Crenshaw for all but my last visit. Dr. Crenshaw helped me to feel 20 years younger with the completion of both my knee replacements. If I need hip replacement (hopefully not) Dr. Crenshaw will be who performs the surgery if he isn't retired.
My last visit was with Dr. Perry. I saw Dr. Perry for severe sciatica pain. Dr. Perry was thorough in explaining my xray results, and a conservative course of treatment for the pain. I've started my home exercises and will have my first P.T. session tomorrow.
Jordan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond expectations in getting my surgery scheduled quickly.

OMG!!! When I fell and broke my foot, I also got bursitis in my hip and thought it was just minor collateral damage so I didn’t do anything about it for two years. I finally decided to do something and the NP fixed it with a shot! I’m not limping, it doesn’t wake me up at night, it’s a miracle!

Speaking of Baptist South MOB, I get a genuine feeling of caring from all staff, no matter how brief the interaction. As an athlete (even an amateur one) injuries bring high anxiety. Everyone seems aware of this and it shows. I have full confidence in Dr Snyder, he is one of the few doctors that is willing to have conversations rather than monologues. I’m very grateful he’s willing to speak with me at an appropriate level, not just tell me things like I do t know anything.
