Everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. There were no long waiting times from reception to treatment room, to x-ray, to when the doctor entered, to scheduling for custom splint. I was impressed with how I was treated and how much was accomplished in a short time. JOI staff and medical team operate as a well-oiled machine providing competent care, treatment, and services.
