I like the expertise of the doctors and the welcoming and professional staff. The only negative thing that I could say is sometimes I have extremely long wait times. Last time, my appointment was at 9:50 a.m. and I didn't see the doctor until 11:25 a.m. However, most of the time there is a shorter wait time. I see several different doctors there for my hand, shoulder, and back.

The entire operation is very efficient, I like being able to do my paperwork online before I check in, which makes that process much easier. Would be nice if it allowed me to pay my co-pay at the same time. The doctors are great, they listen and I feel like I’m in very capable hands.

They take time with their patients and provide outstanding care! I left a competitor in Jacksonville, where patients struggle to get appointments and follow up care. I was thrilled to come to JOI. It’s the gold standard and everything an orthopedic practice should be!
