Check in was efficient and my appointment time was honored. Administrative and medical staff were welcoming and professional. I have been a patient at JOI for over 40 years for various orthopedic needs. Every physician, PA and nurse has been excellent in providing medical care. It is because of their high standard of care that I am a very mobile, active 77 yr old who just came back from dogsledding in the Canadian Yukon.
