Didn’t wait long in the waiting room. Didn’t wait long in the room. Didn’t wait long for the doctors to come out. Very efficient. Nurses and PA and Dr. obviously communicated. I would’ve liked to have had the doctor be in my room longer than four minutes, but as long as results are received, that’s fine.
First, the appointment process was fast and easy. Second, wait time to be seen was minimal.Third, everyone at the office was pleasant and seemed to know their job. Most importantly Dr Graham was great. JOI and Baptist never dissipoint. Thank You

I was in Europe when I broke my shoulder. Geonna (in scheduling) was wonderful communicating with me so I could see Dr Bohsali that day after I returned. Dr Bohsali was also wonderful when I met with him--explained everything well and gave me good news.

Dr, Kitay was very interested in listening to my issue with my hands. Even though he was unable to determine the exact cause, he was able to tell me what it's not, and make recommendations as to the next step. There was quite a wait, but it was worth it in the end. Staff was very caring and friendly.

They are very thorough and efficient. My doctor took the time to listen to me and then laid out a plan for my recovery. They explained everything in detail about the plan for my recovery.Also, the wait was not very long to get in to see the doctor.
