I was very impressed with the staff associated with this first visit to Dr. Carlos Tandron. Everyone was professional and thoughtful in their explanations of what to expect and in answer to my concerns. Dr. Tandron had a easy manner and astute appreciation of what I was asking. His explanation of my xrays as they related to my complaints and recommended treatment plan made me feel that I was in good hands.
I have seen other doctors in the JOI system through the years beginning in 1996 and have found all of them at the top of their respective fields of expertise.

Everything is well organized and efficient. I didn't have to wait long to talk with someone to make an appointment. When you arrive there are plenty of staff to check you in in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen and to check out. It's convenient having the ability to perform some tests right at the same location (San Marco).
