I am impressed with the entire staff at JOI. From those who check you in, to the pre-visit tech person to take vitals and then Dr Pujadas took the time to show my issues on my MRI. We talked about my situation and my options. I am following with all of Dr Pujadas recommendations to do PreHap physical therapy to strengthen tissues, muscles and shoulder parts to be better repaired for the surgery.
I also want to especially thank and acknowledge Erica VanMatre, the Surgical Scheduler to resolve some complicated issues relating to the negotiations between Blue Cross Blue Shield and Baptist Health. Their deadline to reach a deal is October 1st. And since my operation was scheduled for October 17, she had to work with Dr. Pujadas to find a hospital not with Baptist for the operation.
