I had an appointment on January 9, 2024 with Dr. Madden about an issue I am having with my right hand. Making the appointment was extremely easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Checking in online is easy as well. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and my appointment was on time. Dr. Madden is fabulous.

The office was easy to get around which is important if you are crippled. The staff were very kind and thoughtful. Most of all, I've never had an orthopedist listen to my history and conditions much less take notes, like Dr. Young did. Not only that, but he actually acknowledged the tremendous pain I deal with every day. No other doctor, orthopedist or primary care, ever acknowledged the misery I put up with every day. I feel like he will help me, along with my primary care and possibly other specialists, as part of my team helping me to get better. I'm not giving up and I feel like he feels good about helping me.
