Everything was easy. I received an email with a link to online forms that I could complete before my visit which resulted in less paperwork to complete when I arrived at the office. There was very little wait before I was ushered in for an X-ray prior to seeing the doctor. I need to have a MRI completed and the staff made the appointment for me at a facility nearby.

The quality of care. However what I dislike is the excessive wait times -- understand that all patients are different and have different requirements -- which should be figured in to scheduling. Also -- I have no idea why when you have 2 different Drs in the same practice why you need to fill out all the same forms for both. You have a computer system that every Dr can access everyones records if need be -- why does a patient have to do it twice.

The gal at reception was great. The PA was very thorough , good bedside manner. I thought the xray technician was a little gruff, location was very accessible off 95. Overall it was a good experience.
