This is our first time buying a house and Mike was so personable and nice. I was freaking out about anything wrong with the fixer upper house and he maintained his composure and showed compassion by explaining how easily things could be fixed! He also was very honest and informative through the process.

James did a through job of checking all possible issues. He displayed great customer service and was very easy to speak with. His post inspection walk-thru was very detailed. The actual report was well organized, easy to read and included great visuals with detailed descriptions of all possible issues.
