Nicole has been an excellent instructor at 4pm Sunday. Very skilled keeps a steady challenging pace and is the only instructor I have experienced who has a music selection appropriate for yoga

Teachers, classes, and the students (except the two that INSIST on wearing shoes in the studio). As someone that does not wear shoes in their own house this disgusts me.

There are lots of classes scheduled so you can go at almost any time of day. This allows the student to really get in the habit of going to the studio.

Great session; but I was under the impression "Your Free Week is Here!" was the ability to "check out as many classes as you want for 7 days" as it stated in the email that was sent.
My nieces went to check out a class in Hinsdale and they said "Your free week is to attend one class within a week..."
Very deceptive. I wasn't happy about that and will probably not come back.
Locker room is too small! Everything else so spacious

Old Town has a lot of great instructors for sculpt so I know every class I take I will get a good workout. I love that you have added a 7:30am sculpt class on Saturday mornings, is this something you are looking to do on Sundays or weekdays?
