I like that all of the teachers are very professional and that they don't seem like they are flying from the seat of their pants each class. They seem to have an entire class planned out before they start which I appreciate

I've been recommending the studio to all of my co workers. Ive never been to a class I didn't like! I love that there are so many options of classes throughout the day. There's rarely a time that doesn't have a class available. The teachers all do a great job of offering variety and challenges to their classes while still making it accessible.
