I loved the flow of all the C2 classes that I took, with the exception of one instructor. I'd take his class again, but only if it was the only one that fit into my schedule. Aside from that, I don't think I could go back to regular yoga! I've become addicted!

The teachers are wonderful! I love the yoga sculpt class because it's fun with the up-beat music, weights and heat! Jodi is an exceptional teacher and makes the class always so fun and enjoyable! I always recommend all my friends and family to come join and try out Corepower. I love core power yoga! I don't know what I would do without my sculpt classes :)

In all honesty, I love going to Corepower because of people like Whitney. He's very knowledgeable and makes the class fun to attend. I also feel very sore and strong all together afterwards. Trust me, it's a good thing.
The classes are always challenging but rewarding. I have always had very insightful teachers that are helpful and knowledgeable.

I love the large open space setting. The variety of instructors and the calm energy when you walk into a dimly lit studio with soft music playing. The location is less than 5 minutes from my home and the open schedule really accommodates my personal time and availability.

good work out for whole body
Classes are amazing but over priced for the market. I would join if it were more affordable. I do like that the cost makes for smaller class sizes however the building it small so that also restricts inflation.
