Variety, intensity, instructors, layout of facility
I love that no two classes are exactly the same - I always feel challenged but feel the instructors have an excellent sense of gauging where the class is on their level and tailoring it to our needs. I also love when the instructors give you a quick massage/rub at the end of the practice - I hope it happens every time I go and think it is so invigorating.

The best part of CPY is the quality of instructors that you have. Matt B, Rose B, Whitney A, etc. Without your wonderful instructors, I would most likely seek another yoga studio.

The instructor was awesome. She walked through class and helped with our positions etc. Brought the whole family.we all enjoyed it.

I thought the class was easy to follow especially for someone new to yoga. Anabelle was an excellent instructor who spoke clearly and didn't rush through the poses.

The instructors and the environment is amazing; the instructors are always willing to listen and answer any questions that you may have about your or their practice. The products in the studios are all top notch quality items, so if you ever need a new yoga clothing or mat, you can just definitely grab it in the studio.
The best, most effective workout I have ever done. I really fell like the instructors push everyone to their limits while providing a safe enviornment at the same time.

I love hands on work. But sometimes when some instructors are explaining certain postures they are a little too detailed. I do agree detail is obviously going to help someone learn but sometimes it's hard to holdtbe posture so long. Other than that I love everything else.
