Everyone I've met so far has been fabulous! I can't wait to join as a black tag member when I get paid! the classes are very instructional and I love that the instructors take time to make sure you're performing the asanas correctly. I have trouble with form on some, and this studio really takes pride in helping us become better at our practice.

Pros - 1) feels like a community. 2) the high membership price might motivate me (at least initially) to attend without missing a week. 3) felt great after the workout

Cons - 1) the high membership price would eventually dissuade me from signing up for membership; i.e., it's not a monthly price I can sustain long-term and I consider myself upper middle class. 2) only one room available at Torrance site. Gross to see staff mopping up sweat from previous class as I'm setting up on the floor. 3) locker room area is really small

I’ve forgotten my yoga clothes a few times so I’m grateful that you carry hip and quality yoga clothes to purchase-love the discount offers.

Love that instructors are well planned and prepared. I appreciate the hands on adjustments during class. HPF is my favorite because of the heat and predictability-it’s scripted.

Most of all I appreciate the cleanliness of the showers and changing area!

I like to be in the deep Meridian Stretching and Alignment and breathing.

The open hearts that are alway there to help on and off the mat!

I have been to many Yoga studios and CPY for over a year.. I had a class with Jeff last Saturday at 11:00AM and he was among the best teachers I've had... his cadence and suggestions were well placed...

The instructors are excellent. I had some doubts about a chain yoga studio, but am completely reassured by the quality instruction. One of the best, if not the best, yoga experience I’ve had. I took advantage of the free week. I’m caring for my mother-in-law. I visit frequently and will be purchasing packages here when I come down.
