Great instructor and great practice
It has been really great being back on mat. I didn't realize how much my mind & body relied on this level of care. The past 18 months have been hard, but being back at CPY gives me hope there will be joy again. Shout out to Yenly & Inaya for providing a wonderful experience.

At CorePower is where you experience “heated” yoga! After each session, you will feel so refreshed and rejuvenated! The instructors are awesome as well! This is mine and my daughter’s favorite place!
I really liked the instructor. She was very knowledgeable about yoga and the class flowed well. I would definitely go again.
Great and clean facility with friendly staffs. Some of the classes are too packed but after being closed for over a year, I’m just glad they’re still in business and finally get to try them. They do follow mask enforcement as we’re in La county. Personally I don’t like exercising with mask on but appreciate the fact they’re trying to keep everyone safe.

Fun, supportive, pushes me to my limits
It was so emotional coming back to CorePower for my first time post quarantine! I was moved to tears! It was a much needed return for my mental and physical wellness. The studio was very clean and I felt safe knowing the floors had been sanitized between classes. Everyone kept a safe distance and it was a great workout!
