I love the variety of classes offered at so many different times throughout the day/week. I'm thrilled to find experienced, quality teachers at consistent times so that I can take a class I know I will get a lot out of.

I also find great value in paying for class packages that never expire and can be used at any studio location. I love that I don't have to sign up prior to coming to a class, but can just show up and be welcomed into such a warm, inviting community!

I love the positive and encouraging environment. The instructors are incredibly empowering and calming, and I always feel so much better after each session.

The workouts are great! The energy in the room is amazing and the intense movement really takes the stress right out! Love it!

Love the teachers and lots of class and time options

Woodbridge location is one of two locations I visit. It's always clean, which I appreciate because the other location isn't a lot of times. All the instructors are awesome, up beat and make sculpt fun! Extra shoutout to Whitney and Allyssa for always smiling and bringing up the energy in the room.

The instructor is fantastic, HPF is my favorite class. Alara is my favorite Yoga instructor.
