Everyone very friendly

The instructors are always so positive and encouraging. It's a welcome environment at the end of a long day.

I like CPY Woodbridge's sense of community and I always feel welcomed right as I enter the studio. The locker rooms and studio rooms are always clean in addition to the lobby area. I especially love the various events/activities or themed classes that are offered throughout each month!

Plenty of classes throughout the day at a variety of difficulty levels. I used to have a yoga works membership and I couldn't make it many times cuz their times and locations are very limited.

I just want to highlight what an amazing teacher Whitney is. I have taken a few of his classes, and all the time, he gives it 100%. He's engaging, informative, compassionate, knowledgeable, and you can tell that he loves what he does. His classes are always different in terms of format, but one thing is consistent, enthusiasm. I have taken courses at Core Power where the teachers just mentally check out. They have specific things they say during a pose and stick to the same predictable flow and poses. It's always nice to have someone like Whitney in the schedule.

Both sculpt and C2 were great. Instructors were excellent.
