Lexus is a really good instructor - her class is balanced and calming but challenging and a great workout! Love her sequences!

I wish the carpet in the womens locker room were cleaner. The studio is clean but there is a bad odor in that changing area and it comes from the carpet. People wear their shoes back there and I think it’s unsanitary when others are walking around barefoot. Maybe a no shoes policy in the changing area or just no carpet. Or please clean the carpet.

Great studio! I just suggest the front desk staff reminds students to use mat markers when class is full.

The room are spacious and clean. Not too packed which is great compare to some other studios.
The teacher for my sculpt class was great.

Excellent instructors and a clean studio

Quiet and calm studio. Love the big classrooms with mirrors. Teacher is great too. Gives time between poses and clear instructions to adjust poses.

Definitely worth it, my first time going and it’s a good sweat to say the least

Ashlyn Z is brilliant! She guides a class full of high level yogis which is a reflection of her talent. The sequence is creative, music is fun and energy is positive!
