Clean facility, not too crowded in class. I like level 2 a lot but wish it was just a few degrees less heated. I love the pace of the classes and the uplifting/energetic music.
Sometimes when I need a modification, the instructors are already saying it like they can read our minds. Will keep coming for sure.

I’ve been to several yoga studios and Woodbridge location by far is the best. From the wonderful staff to the clean studio (there’s often a great SET member maintaining the space) I always look forward to coming to practice. Thanks team for creating a supportive and lovely environment.

Excellent, welcoming and clean studio. The front desk staff is always friendly and teachers craft great flows. I highly recommend if you're looking a studio to challenge yourself and improve your yoga practice.

Took Mirela’s class (subbing for Rebecca) this past Monday. Very pleasant surprise.
Taylor gave clear direction, had great timing, demonstrated everything, had an awesome playlist, and made it fun!

Would love to see a restore class on a weekend if there was interest. Also while I love the variety of classes, has CorePower ever thought to add any Ashtanga classes? (Like 1/2 primary series?) Recently was out of town and had attended one and it was wonderful.

So far, I have made two classes and they were absolutely wonderful in the end I felt like a whole new person it absolutely helped my clarity and confidence.
She was very good and give clear instructions ! I really liked it because it was my first class after year and half of not being able to do core power 🧘♀️ ⭐️
