Very attentive instruction!
Adrian is my favorite trainer. He always has great energy and teaches an intense sculpt class.
The water machine has been broken for weeks now. The first week it was broken, I was charged for water which was disappointing.
Great instructors across the board, and lots of classes to choose from. Good consistent schedule and nice facilities.

Love this studio and the instructors. Especially Bennett, she’s an amazing teacher and I always make sure to take as many of her classes as I can. So excited that she’s now managing the studio too, she’s always there and a breath of fresh air and positivity. Highly recommend :)
Maxwell is amazing and so helpful. He combines professionalism with his friendly approach to yoga. He is genuine and generous in his classes.

I love it! I feel energized after class. I love the heat abs sweating all the toxins out. I also like that there are so many studios and times available. My schedule is always changing and it helps that I have many options. Also the variety of different classes- sculpt, C2, etc. I love it!
Loved how bright it is as there are large windows and really appreciated the kind and patient approach from the instructor!
The teachers at the Encino location take the time to correct the students postures and posses. They truly care if the student is doing things correctly and I appreciate it.

Laura is such a great instructor! I have really enjoyed classes with most instructors at the Encino location. There is a good variety of classes offered at times that work for my schedule. And the parking situation is totally stress-free!
