The dedication of the teachers is what makes CorePower Yoga unique. The way all instructors put their 100% energy in making sure everyone is reaching their fitness goal is commendable. I lost over 15 pounds in just over 40 classes in 3 months. I have been to many gyms and yoga studios before but this is something different. The sequence of each class is unique and I love how everyone who attends the class is also equally motivated to yoga and fitness. Thank you to my teachers and CorePower Yoga staff. I have only gone to Encino location in LA. But have heard great reviews about other locations too. Keep up the great work!

Gabi’s yoga skulpt
The classes are challenging, well-paced, and not over-crowded. The instructors give clear direction and assistance, and in my experience have been knowledgeable and always willing to offer suggestions and alternatives to certain movements, taking into account injuries. They also spend time after class following up with students and answering questions.

I love the friendly staff! Right as I walk into Corepower the instructors always greet me with a smile and are genuinely happy that I am there. During class, they offer kind encouragement and great wise words of wisdom that always brighten my day.
Liked the HPF class and most of the teachers at Encino in general. Would love to see a C3 class offered sometime. Did one at Westlake Village and it was great - easier on joints than a Sculpt class but still a great workout.
I love that CorePower offers different classes. It gives me opportunity to built muscles, built stretch, heal my body aches with stretching. CorePower offers many different classes a day so I can practice daily and fit my busy schedule. I can use any of the locations which makes it even easier to find the right class at a perfect time.
I really enjoyed my class, the teacher gave clear, concise guidance and was gifted in her teaching practice.

I enjoyed the CorePower Yoga 2 class. I would have liked to see more of the CorePower Yoga 1 classes in evenings. They seem to be mostly scheduled for the mornings or afternoons.

Was amazing! Class was great especially the 75 min one! Would love to have a breathwork session attached afterwards like they do at Sherman Oaks!

Bennett’s classes are so much fun, a great work out, and you feel so much better after. You can tell she really enjoys teaching her classes and takes her time to always help when holding the wrong form/position. Thanks for being a great teacher!
Best sculpt class. Like a one on one session. Amazing.
The class I took was very challenging since I hadn’t done a heated yoga class in a couple of years, but I was able to get through most of it. It was full but not over crowded, with a good tempo and clear level of instruction. The teacher was motivating and gave a lot of helpful feedback and verbal corrections, I think knowing that it was my first time there. I’m definitely planning to start going regularly.
Plenty of room in class. Can go at my own level. Like all teachers so far.
The yoga teacher and challenging class

The class was just what I needed, and I like the instructor's demeanor and approach. Sort of a "everyone at their own pace" approach which I needed as it had been so long since I had done any yoga.
