I love the energy of the classes and how polite and respectful most students are (quiet during class, waiting to leave after savasannah rather than in the middle).

Facility is clean. Staff personnel are courteous, friendly, and all have a sense of humor = a pleasant environment to do yoga in. All instructors have a good level of instruction and knowledge of yoga instruction.

I really enjoy the heated yoga!

Did the 7am Friday morning yoga sculpt class there and Kate T. was the most amazing instructor. It was an excellent workout in addition to recognizing we are all at different places in our practice and giving us something to think about when we left! Because of her I’m going back and plan to be a regular.
