I love sculpt classes!!

I noticed this studio to be more vibrant than the others I go to. Everyone was very talkative (both the students and teachers), and generally lots of energy flowing through the studio.

This studio was also very clean and well maintained.

Class was full, but not too full, which I love. Plenty of room to do my poses without worrying about the people beside me.

Overall, great experience all around.

The combination of class time options (especially 6am), multiple locations and variety of teachers makes CorePower an ideal yoga studio for me. The University District studio is my regular studio and I really like all of the instructors whose classes I attend. The differences between instructors styles keep class interesting and challenging physically and mentally. All this combined with a group of regular students I enjoy practicing with contributes to my yogi community that I did not plan on developing when I first started.

The harder classes

This is my go to location. On top of the great instructors, the convenience of the location and frequency of classes increases the likelihood that I will hit my mat at least 5 days a week.
