Rigorous work out, both cardio and strength training. Great playlists, makes the work out more fun. Instructors are clear in their directions and have fun sequences.

I've been to many other yoga studios, I feel like Corepower yoga has the best design, cleanliness and well stocked bathroom.
The location and facility are great, the staff are awesome
the whole class was very engaging. I got a throughout workout all while feeling like I wasn't pushing myself too hard.
I don't buy a ton of products other than the necessary ones (mat towel, mat) because it's a bit out of my price range but the facility is clean, welcoming, doesn't smell, friendly staff.
It's fun and never boring with the same boring moves over and over. It's always a different workout that continues to challenge me.
Personable teachers convenient location effective classes
The space itself is lovely, clean and very conveniently located. The instructor I had was very welcoming, patient and helpful and provided hands on form corrections, which were very useful for me as a Vinyasa beginner. The locker rooms also smelled great and felt secure and comfortable. I am certain that I will be back!
