The classes are challenging the teachers seem to genuinely enjoy themselves while they teach and I appreciate the consistency of the classes but also the fact that they are not exactly the same each time.

I like how the instructors go slow and understand that some people aren't as advanced as others so they allow everyone to go at their own pace. I also enjoy how the classes aren't that hard but you still get a full body workout

Your pricing is competitive and your studio and locker rooms are immaculate! Was very happy. Have been going to Urban Yoga downtown for the last 4 years so I'm very happy to find somewhere new, closer to home, that is just as nice is not actually nicer. Very happy so far.

teachers and convenience

Very personal attention given by staff and instructors. There is a genuine and authentic nature about the interactions and the care they put into their practice.

The instructor was really good. She was also very thoughtful about my arm injury. She came up with ideas for me so I could still practice without the strain on my tennis elbow.

It would be nice if you had the 8lb weights they have at the Bellevue Studio. I took the scultp class and it could of been a bit harder. The Bellevue instructors do more squats with weights. and leg lifts with weights. They also do a bit more weight work focusing on the core.

I did injury my elbow at the Bellevue Studio so it was nice to not have all the push ups that they do.
The space in Captial hill is much nicer than the Bellevue location. The class in Bellevue is way too croweded. This was really a perfect introduction to get me back into coming again.

The music, I love particular teachers. Kai's class is amazing.

Convenience and friendliness.

There are a few teachers that make core power great. At the capitol hill studio it's: Kai, Matt, Hannah, Joseph, Shannon, Justin, Isaac, and Jay.
I'd also like to say that Joseph has AMAZING customer service skills. I've brought guests to core power specifically when he is working, and he is always so welcoming and accommodating.
Lastly, I really appreciate that Core Power has a discount for students. I don't know if I could live without yoga, and your prices are student-loan friendly :) I really appreciate that!

Clean and modern

The instructors/staff provide high quality training and give good options for levels of difficulty. The studio and facilities are clean and modern. There are special workshops given periodically including roof top classes in the summer.

I loved the fusion class and how it wasn't a typical power class. It was great to have a practice that didn't feel standardized and was unique to the experience.

The teacher was great, and very encouraging. I really enjoyed the class. I don't remember her name, but she was blonde and very thin. I attended the sample class at the Capitol Hill core power yoga studio.

I love the atmosphere, the music, the instructors (and how they try to learn your name and are very friendly), the clothing options are always very cute, and I love the flow of the classes. It is a good workout overall, never boring, and a great ab workout!

I like that the instructors make you feel like you are home when you step into the studios. The community is wonderful and open to all levels of yoga. You can tell even beginners have a sense of acceptance.

The classes have been challenging, but I've still been able to adjust to my level. The showers make it much easier to fit yoga into my busy schedule.

Very thorough practice and consistent from teacher to teacher. I like how each teacher makes it their own within the umbrella of the core power practice—makes it predictable but also fun and spontaneous.
