From my very first class with Core power yoga, I felt welcomed. I like how the instructors each have their own distinct style, but the classes have still been familiar enough that I can easily follow and not spend precious class time trying to catch up. I also appreciate that the instructors are unobtrusive, but very accessible- making a newbie comfortable enough to get an amazing work out. I think the schedule is great, making it easy to chose classes that fit in with my crazy life.
I taken yoga on and off over the years, but never really been hooked.

Consistent with the core classe (pun intended), but still have some interesting workshops or modified classes (like the detox sculpt class).

I love the atmosphere, everything is clean and relaxing. Staff is friendly.

I have already felt very welcomed by most staff as soon as I walk in and that alone keeps me coming back. I love the space and feel that the ambiance creates a very comfortable atmosphere to practice. I feel like I always walk away from class having been challenged and really excited by my practice. I always feel extra motivated by the music that is played during practice also. Great work!
