Instructors at CPY- Capitol Hill have a unique way of communicating and connecting with the class. Each teacher has their own style and energy, which in turn motivates the class differently each time I hit the mat!

I love that you have early morning and late night classes. And your discount for full-time students REALLY helps! I also love that there is variety among teachers- I hope you support the teachers in finding their own style and exploring different ways to flow.

I love the studio and the teachers. I wish you would limit the size of the classes more so that we can have more space, don't turn into Urban Yoga!

Easy to drop in on a class and a calming relaxing class

I like how the flow is not too slow and not too fast. I've been to studios where the flow is super fast that I end up hurting my back trying to keep up.
