I love the variety of classes available--I think that is very unique. It offers the opportunity for CPY students to pursue a variety of goals in their practice: meditation, self-improvement, fitness, balance, etc. The community and culture of the studio is the most welcoming and genuine I have found thus far in my practice.

Number of classes and the app make it very easy to find something that fits in my schedule… this makes it very easy to stay on track with my health and fitness. I love the atmosphere and friendly folks who run the place always make me feel welcome.

I think CPY Ballard has a great community and I love that the yoga is not competitive. Some places/teachers can really try and push you to your limits and thats where people lose sight of their practice or get injured. I'm thankful for the guided practice that really allows me to focus on myself and my practice.
