The classes are great especially the Wednesday night C1 at 6pm!! My favorite.

I do not like the clothing available at all. None of it is large enough for me and I'm not obese. So I find it highly offensive.

Nice atmosphere - relaxed but energizing. Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive instructors. Great location (near my house, easy to get to) with easy parking. Lots of classes, so it's easy to fit something into my schedule. No patchouli. Not intimidating for people who are new to yoga.

i started yoga because of disc degeneration in L5/S1. i was told by a back surgeon that i need a laminectomy last january. i had started taking classes at core power a couple weeks before, and decided to delay the surgery until i saw the results from taking yoga. since starting at core power, my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness improved tremendously. last year i was able to play in 3 competitive men's leagues for softball and baseball, and am in as good of shape as i was as a professional baseball player. i no longer go to any other gym, and i am able to maintain physical attributes obtained from years of power lifting with the variety of classes at core power, and my back pain is in a better place than it ever has been.

i constantly recommend core power to anyone interested in general fitness, and to everyone who has lower back problems.

Clean facility, reliable teachers, great customer service, great retail/yoga products, great yoga classes

It's clean, easy to park, consistent.

Libby really made me feel comfortable for my first class! She really broke down the poses to a level I felt comfortable performing at I never having practiced before. After my free week I'm totally hooked on CPY.

I love the C2s and Sculpt. I would really appreciate more C3s, just because I work Saturdays and can't make it to the only one all week.
