I am a runner and often have felt stiff and as flexible as a pencil. Hot yoga really lengthens and loosens up my right muscles. I also love to sweat. It is such a nice and beneficial way to cross train.

Simple, clean studios and locker room. Amazing restorative class. Tried Corepower 2 tonight, and it's the first time I've felt challenged in a yoga class in far too long. Highly knowledgable, skilled teachers. Effective sequencing of class while giving options as needed. I'll be back!

I like the convenience and how nice everyone is

I absolutely love it here. This is hands down, my favorite Corepower studio to practice at in Seattle. The studio is wonderful for any of the candlelit classes, the heat is always perfect, and you never feel like you're in a fishbowl because the windows are placed high on near the ceiling. Can't say enough good things about the Ballard studio!

Instructors are warm and knowledgeable. Appreciate the friendly greeting at the door, and variety of classses offered. Great studio space with lots of parking is a bonus!
