I loved how helpful and caring the instictors were. The atmosphere is calming yet energizing. Love love love the instructor we had!! I was just visiting but open one in El Dorado Hills, California!!!!!!!!!

I love the teachers, the experience and the studio in general. Everything is so clean, everyone is so friendly, and I leave feeling great every time!

Wonderful facilities and amazing teachers. Compared to Portland, where I live, teachers in Seattle actually teach during class by providing advice and adjustments to each individual person. The Portland teachers just walk around and talk, you may as well be watching a video bc it's not personalized at all. I love coming to Seattle bc the classes are so much better!
