The instructors and staff at CorePower are always so friendly, welcoming, and encouraging! The Belltown studio itself is beautiful and always kept clean and tidy. The colored lighting in the studios really enhance the experience too! Special shoutout/appreciation for Kit and Dalton—best instructors around!
I had a great session. Really enjoyed the instructor Zach and the way this particular session had an overarching theme of spinal rotations. Zach facilitated a smooth flow and always offered several variations of the movements.

I love Nova’s classes! She brings a lot of love to the practice. It is the highlight of every Saturday and Sunday morning for me.
The workout itself was amazing, I love feeling sore the next day! Also, the instructor was engaging and motivating…..and her 80’s playlist was the bomb!!!

The Tuesday/Thursday 1.5 class with Noel has been superb this fall! I always love scheduling yoga classes in the fall after the dark, early evenings set in as a way to get me out of the house and keep me doing something healthy. Noel's demeanor is perfect and he always adapts the same class to be a bit interesting and different each time I take it. He works actively to create an open and accessible space for what is often a packed class with a wide variety of pupils, from folks new to the practice to those who seem pretty seasoned. His energy is infectious and his passion for what he does shines through every time I attend! I do wish that there were a way to make CPY courses more affordable to more people, as I think they're great but out of reach for many.

Excellent staff & facilities! Isabella teaches a great class, I appreciate how she evolves it! Jessica is not only an amazing instructor, she is a very warm, authentic person that is building an amazing community! Her taste in music drew me into her classes and her willingness to take requests is beyond cool! Doing yoga to Stevie Wonder was one of my highlights at Corepower, I'm a music person and this really enhances the experience for me.
