Located in the hippy Capital Hill, this studio is spacious and super clean including the change and shower room areas. Above all Pamela the instructor is always encouraging with nice flow of variations enveloped in the right temperatures sweating away my mental and physical rigidity!

The experience of yoga classes - the classes are guided with mindfulness of people's needs for practicing the way they are best served (taking poses they feel they need to do or adjusting poses to injury-based needs). The hot humid studio, the choice of sound, and teachers doing their best. I feel that CPY yoga allows relaxation and strengthening, plus self-expression. Thank you.

Friendly greeting when I arrived. Studio was being actively disinfected in light of prior Sculpt class. It was a lovely studio. Very nice display of yoga goods at the location. Clean bathrooms as well.

I love that I leave class feeling challenged, stronger, and relaxed. Years of playing soccer and running have taken a toll on my body, particularly my legs, and it’s great to be able to get a low-impact workout that still challenges my muscles and gets my body moving in new ways.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and Elisabeth is a "natural" whether she teaches "the beginner" or the "very experienced". I love particularly her CorePower 2 and CoreRestaure classes and enjoy the ease with which she takes us from a slow pace in the beginning into the depth of the practice throughout the session thereafter. At the end of every of her sessions I am surprised about how replenished I feel - I take these sessions in person at the Ballard Studio.
The diverse set of classes and the abundant schedule allows for many possibilities. I either attend during morning hours or after work. I am also grateful for Saturday mid-day and Sunday evening classes - a great way to end one week and begin another. The studio is kept "ship-shape" regarding hygiene practices giving me confidence to attend in person, which I find more fun and enticing. You are welcome to use my name as follows: Lili S.

I really enjoy the classes at all of the Seattle locations. Eash of the classes are different in a good way, as the instructors bring their own personality to class. Each one is challenging and a great experience. Great value for the class price. Thank you for having more C1 classes. Please open the downtown Seattle location.
