Everyone is kind and friendly and the facility is kept clean.
The guidance was steady and encouraging as I sweat my way to the very end of that workout...Sarah was awesome—I do Crossfit and all kinds of hard workouts but this was a different kind of ‘kickass’ I struggled to steady my core while I pushed the limits of my flexibility...The respect and the kindness I was shown as I struggled through my workout was humbling—I will most defiantly be back, my flexibility depends on it.

Clean studio, friendly staff
I really enjoyed danielles hot yoga class. It was my first time doing hot yoga in over 7 years and she was very encouraging and easy to follow.
Yoga sculpt is a great challenge.
The class I took was well paced. Instructor was very nice and gave good instruction. Temperature for 1.5 class was very reasonable.
Very nice Queen Anne studio - clean, spacious, great changing room and showers.
Nice practice studio.
TONS of convenient late evening times - good for me as a working parent who gets my zen in in the evening after the kids are in bed. Keep these late times :)

I really enjoy the smaller classes and the variety of classes available. When I'm doing a pose wrong the instructor will correct me which really helps me progress and not hurt myself. I also love that they give alternative poses if you have certain pain areas that need to be protected. The instructors all have a different flow that brings something fresh to each workout or allows you to choose a class that fits your body best.
