I loved the class Diana taught, and special props to her as a teacher. She was really awesome, provided GREAT adjustments and really soothing massage. I never leave reviews but really wanted to give her a high five.
Lovely facility
The instructors excel at teaching classes, motivating and encouraging when needed. They also promote growth, learning and form. The facilities are very accommodating and the classes are not overly booked or crammed for space. There are also several different level classes offered for newcomers and veterans.
The variety of classes
The class schedule is varied and the staff is always super friendly.

The people
Lots of classes. Different temperatures. Variety in general. Friendly staff and teachers. Well stocked locker rooms. Ability to rent mats and towels. That makes it greT for folks who are traveling from out of town or just very busy and therefore don't always have a mat with them (like me). I also like that there are multiple locations around the country. I happen to live in two cities do that's perfect for me
The studio is very clean and everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Love being apart of such a great community centered around healthy living and mindfulness!

From my very first class with Core power yoga, I felt welcomed. I like how the instructors each have their own distinct style, but the classes have still been familiar enough that I can easily follow and not spend precious class time trying to catch up. I also appreciate that the instructors are unobtrusive, but very accessible- making a newbie comfortable enough to get an amazing work out. I think the schedule is great, making it easy to chose classes that fit in with my crazy life.
I taken yoga on and off over the years, but never really been hooked.

Would LOVE to see some more Restorative Classes in the Seattle area though. I just moved here from Boulder, CO where I could find a restore class any day of the week and here it's only once a week at a time I can rarely get to with my schedule. Even it it was once a week at every studio that would be a great start!

I live in Los Angeles and was visiting Seattle. I took a class from Cheyenne during my visit. She was a wonderful instructor. Her class was exactly what I needed after a long day at a voice conference. Very balanced, but challenging. I especially appreciated how clear her instructions were and the pace of the class.
I also have to say I am beyond impressed with the CorePower Yoga group. I travel several times a year for my work and so far every place I go I find a CorePower studio. The studios are beautiful, the staff and instructors are fantastic and the yoga practice is excellent. It is quite an amazing accomplishment to provide such a high level of consistency across such vast geographical space!! I am so grateful to be a part of CorePower Yoga and share my practice in your spaces.
