So far, I have loved how kind all of the instructors have been and easy to follow. I never once felt "new" The amount of classes offered each day is a huge perk. Most yoga studios don't offer a mid afternoon and corepower pretty much offers all day long. Great benefit!

This is an Outstanding Studio, it is professionally operated and the entire staff ensures all health and safety requirements are maintained at a high level. All the teachers take a great interest in the welfare of each student and they take the time to get to know each student on a personal level. I enjoy the myriad of different types of classes that are available to the community.
I highly recommend core power in Poway, they have established themselves as a positive member of the community.

I was visiting family in San Diego for Christmas and they took me to CorePower Yoga on a Monday night. I just loved it! I am 62 years old and in moderately good physical condition. We did the 2C class (intermediate) with Dante. Dante was amazing! I felt like a different person when I left the class. Dante carefully explained each pose when he presented it. He also took a little extra time and attention with me as a complete newbie to the class. I have not done yoga in a long, long time and had never had a class like this before. I was hooked!
I would recommend CorePower Yoga to anyone looking to learn yoga who wants to gain strength, flexibility and some inner quiet. Again, kudos to Dante for being an excellent teacher on my first run.
Please, please look into opening a studio in Las Vegas. I would be a client for life!
