Great place with excellent heat!, I have arthritis and this helps a lot. Best teachers for me are Tamara Ro., Shane, Carrie. These instructors are wonderful! Great movements and instructional moves to get your body in line. Also Shane and Tamara have wonderful music for their classes. Also they give excellent words for your meditation.

I absolutely love Michael LaPorte's C2 class. I have been a member of Orange Theory, F45 and now Core Power and Michael is the best instructor I have had.

The instructors. Especially Marjan, she’s the one that help me and inspired me to go work out. The best thus far.

The staffs there are nice I like that Poway has 9 pm for busy working mom like myself . Which is one of the reason that I chose Poway.

I love Core Power Yoga! The room is nice and hot! It really helps with my arthritis and body stiffness. My favorite classes are C-2 and HPF. My Favorite teachers are Shane and Tamara. Excellent teachers!

very clean studio, great staff, lots of late class options

I love the calmness of the studio and how it's a great workout that's not too hard on my body.

The teachers, the classes, the variety of classes, and variety of times offered.

I have been doing yoga at Poway for years. I like the studio. All instructors there are excellent, and Dante Le Lee is outstanding. I highly recommend everyone to try CorePower Yoga.

So far, I have loved how kind all of the instructors have been and easy to follow. I never once felt "new" The amount of classes offered each day is a huge perk. Most yoga studios don't offer a mid afternoon and corepower pretty much offers all day long. Great benefit!
