I am completely satisfied with the people, teachers and facility at La Mesa, CA CorePower Yoga. My only hope is that at some point, CorePower will work with Kaiser to include their Silver and Fit program so that more seniors (like me) can become more flexible and attain more strength through the program. I love it!!

It is amazing!

Loved it! Went to hot yoga with Chantelle for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. She's awesome! Definitely would take a class with her again!

Instructors are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provide a sweaty workout. Love the two studios and showers with bathroom items (deodorant, feminine products, q-tips, mouthwash, and even hairdryer).

Had excellent practice with Yoga instructor

This was my first class ever and I was a bit nervous. I told the instructor and she reassured me I’d be fine and to follow along best I can. She was awesome at explaining poses and her class was great! I’m excited to go back and try the other classes that are offered!

I have been a member of the La Mesa, CA studio for approximately 6 years. While staff in all studios are generally knowledgeable and approachable the breadth of classes available at the La Mesa studio is exceptional. On a given day you can find a full compliment of classes (beginner to advanced), and many of the classes are offered at multiple times. This can not be said for many studios in CA and HI where only a handful of classes are offered.

Had Been doing regular yoga at my gym for 20 years ! Going to a hot yoga class which I thought I wouldn’t like because of overheating was the opposite to me ! I had never sweat like I have in my first 2 CorePower classes & just signed up for my third ! Realizing how beneficial it was to detox like that & feel great !

Great workout and great instructors.

Yogi’s are well trained and helpful and friendly. The studio is clean, and well stocked with yoga apparel.

Front desk staff friendly and welcoming, instructors are engaging and seem to really care about our class experience, studio kept clean. Only one suggestion, push the weight racks to the corner to open up more of the window and put the yoga blocks where weight rack used to be. Stagger the blocks so that there’s air around them, kind of a checkerboard look. This will create a nicer visual experience when entering the room, it’s mostly a yoga focus so seeing the blocks in the open window is nicer I think than the initial view of the weight rack.

Great teacher. Love how she keeps the lights down, creates the best experience.
