Yogi’s are well trained and helpful and friendly. The studio is clean, and well stocked with yoga apparel.

Front desk staff friendly and welcoming, instructors are engaging and seem to really care about our class experience, studio kept clean. Only one suggestion, push the weight racks to the corner to open up more of the window and put the yoga blocks where weight rack used to be. Stagger the blocks so that there’s air around them, kind of a checkerboard look. This will create a nicer visual experience when entering the room, it’s mostly a yoga focus so seeing the blocks in the open window is nicer I think than the initial view of the weight rack.

The sculpt and X strength classes. Need more sculpt and or strength classes in weekend.
Suggestion: 7:30 am sculpt or Strength class at La Mesa Core Power.

Awesome class

I love everything about Corepower. I love our teachers most of all!! I love how C-2 classes are always different and offer even more variety with the style of each teacher. I've been a member for 10 years, just turned 65 and hope I can continue my membership for many more years to come.

Great experience! UTC has been my home studio but I will def return to this location!

I cannot say enough about the quality of people who work at CorePower Yoga in LaMesa. My experience at that studio has far surpassed any other studio I have attended.
My only issue is having the Corporate people at CorePower Yoga partner with Kaiser for the people who are on Medicare (me!!). It would definately make things easier for me financially.
