Coming in as a newbie to yoga, Glenda Higgins made me feel so welcome! During the class she helped me out with positioning me just right to get the most out of the pose. She was very friendly and made my first time a blast! I'll definitely be back again to take classes!

Linda, Lupa, Maggie and Jasmine are the Bomb!!!! They totally dominate Sculpt Yoga and Linda's enthusiasm is so contagious, she can motivate anyone! These Sculpt Teachers are so nice, yet also push everyone to their limits for the best Sculpt workout of their lives!

Clean, friendly, challenging classes. I have already recommended CorePower La Mesa to several of my friends, and even bought my dad a gift certificate for 10 classes, a mat and a towel.

I love all the teachers and their positive mantras and vibes they offer. I love the way I feel during and after class. Especially if I'm having a rough day, I go to class and voila, my attitude and mood is greatly improved when I am done, thank you!!

The staff at La Mesa is awesome and very helpful.

I love CorePower La Mesa! All of the intructors are warm and inviting. I do wish that there were more challenging classes and that we, as students are exposed to more challenging postures. The flows often feel stagnet, especially in the 1.5 classes.

Classes are hard and consistent.

The people that I encounter are always, ALWAYS friendly and provide a space for me to have a great experience every time I practice.

Classes are not over crowded. Teachers are friendly and engaging. Easy parking.

Every teacher is so friendly and really welcomed me into their yoga community. And they are very forth coming about various positions and postures for beginners.

I like all the staff members that work at Corepower, they are always very positive and uplifting.I also like the fact that the yoga sculpt class mixes in meditation and self-awareness into a great work out.
