Classes are not over crowded. Teachers are friendly and engaging. Easy parking.

Every teacher is so friendly and really welcomed me into their yoga community. And they are very forth coming about various positions and postures for beginners.

I like all the staff members that work at Corepower, they are always very positive and uplifting.I also like the fact that the yoga sculpt class mixes in meditation and self-awareness into a great work out.

I love the teachers and the sales that they occasionally have.

Great location in La Mesa. Right off the freeway, so easy to find! Super clean facilities, and the instructors are always there to greet you at the front desk with a smile. Love the retail store too! There is a variety of classes at all hours of the day, perfect for before/after work.

Its very professional ... I like how most of the ladies word their sequencing... In La Mesa & Claimonte is primarily where I attend.

Everyone is extremely friendly, patient, and well educated in the teachings of yoga. The environment is very peaceful and clean. I definitely plan on continuing my yoga practice there, and would highly recommend it to any friend or family member

Great instructors, clean studio, free filtered water provided, good selection and time of classes, easy parking... that's a big plus.

I absolutely love it

I actually have never been to the La Mesa studio and usually go to PB or Clairemont most frequently however I have never had a bad experience at any of the Core Power Yoga's. I have believe I have been a member for almost 5 years now and it's something that I look forward to doing several times a week. The studios are clean and the instructors are great. My friend and instructor at Core Power yoga Susie Kara convinced me to take teacher training so I am signed up this summer in PB!

I don't buy too many products- especially the clothes they are all geared for small girls - but I'm fond of the equipment-
My only negative for the studio is allowing members to be on their cell phones in the yoga rooms - it's a double negative for practice and I find it disturbing- also all the talking -
Other than that I'm pretty happy - wish you had more classes to teach us how to use the blocks and straps

I'm very satisfied with the variety of teachers and classes offered. In the two years I've been with Core Power I don't think I've ever been disappointed. The La Mesa staff has done a great job balancing the fine line between personal and professional. I arrive feeling genuinely welcomed and leave feeling blissful and honored.

The facility is very clean with equipment aids readily available. The instructors are all very amicable and welcoming. They are mindful of their students and where they are in their yogi journeys.

You provide things people may have forgotten
