very clean facility!

The classes and instructions were great. My only suggestion would be that I traveled from Denver and didn't have a mat or towel. It would have been nice at least for my first class to have that comped. I went to 3 classes and had to pay each time. I'm a black tag member and it would have been a nice jester. When I traveled to Berkeley CA they were more welcoming and comped my water and mat.

I like the consistent model of cleanliness and professionalism of the business model; i.e. your instructors are friendly, professional, prepared and spontaneous when necessary....they change their routines for us regulars and the play list keeps me young!!

Great variety. Great instructors. I would love to see something like a Scuplt 2 added to the schedule. Like an advanced Scuplt where some advanced instructors can come back and teach. The studio does advanced versions of other classes so it would be fun to see something like that for Scuplt. Or even the occasional 75 min class.

Love the variety and amount of all the classes and all of the teachers are fantastic! The studio is beautiful and always spotless! The Encinitas studio is by far the best CorePower studio I have been to and I have been to many.

Great unique class, very nice clean facilities

I am very impressed with the studio and the teachers I have been guided by. I am visiting the studio (normally practice in North Park) and everyone and everything has been wonderful! Hope to come back again soon.

The studio is maintains a very clean and comfortable environment. Staff is always extremely welcoming, friendly and encouraging. Core Power Encinitas offers a wide range of classes and times that make it easy to incorporate yoga into our every day busy schedules.

I loved the friendliness of staff upon entering, had a great conversation with Michelle after her class, beautiful view from studio, all these combined to make a very warm happy atmosphere.

Products? The main products produced here: 1) are feelings of both physical and spiritual well-being, 2)an increase in self awareness, and 3)a deeper sense of connection to others. This is so because the classes are guided by talented teacher/guides who guide students through the classes with great care, patience, self confidence, and a strong belief in the value of what they are doing. Knowing that different people benefit in different ways from their practice, CP Encinitas teachers take care to adjust, instruct in whatever ways that will allow each individual student to get what they seem to want most from their practice. They, for instance, give hands-on adjustments to students who welcome such attention, but leave those who neither need or want hands-on adjustments alone, As they say - if not in these exact words- "This is your practice, we are here to help you get or as little out of it as you desire."

in going about making each class both a spiritually and a physically uplifting experience , throughout the class, the guides also make efforts to make students aware of the effects of each individual asana and flow on both their mind, as well as specific areas of their body, - and they do this in a manner that is both comforting and inspiring. And while students are encouraged to meet the physical challenges inherent in the poses, they are also encouraged to stay within themselves. - i.e. teacher/guides make a point of letting students know that if a pose causes severe pain or discomfort they should modify it, do what feels good and increases their sense of both physical and mental/spiritual well- being - not to mention satisfaction that comes from living up to one's potential - which often means digging down deeper within oneself than one thought possible - which gives a great feeling.

The best thing about CP Encinitas, though, is the atmosphere, the good vibes that- thanks to its great teacher/guides -run through it, and thereby tend to create a deep sense of community and comfort among among students, as well as among students and teachers..

As I have tried to make clear, it is the teacher/guides who make CP Encinitas what it is. They are cheerfully relaxed, eager to be of assistance during the practice, and so adroit at creating a strong sense of community among members of CP Encinitas that apart from being spiritually and physically uplifting, the classes are fun. In fact, so deep is the sense of community that pervades CP Encinitas that I have sometimes received coaching and adjustments from teacher/guides from whom I have never taken a class. I don't know who does the hiring of CP Encinitas teacher/guides, but whoever they are , they deserve a big loud open-mouth cheer.

So, therefore, I give CP Encinitas a 10 rating.

In support of some of the things that I said above, I close by pointing out that I have never heard anyone, after class in the men's locker room, in the parking lot, or anywhere else,, express anything but satisfaction with the class they had just emerged from. Never once a negative comment or criticism of anyone. Compliments and good things said about everyone. As far as I have been able to tell, no one leaves a CP Encinitas class sorry to have taken it.
