Great teachers & a beautiful studio!

Love the upbeat music to classes and the challenge instructors provide. I have been LOVING the sculpt classes they are so much better than they used to be a few years ago. I used to never want to do sculpt because it seemed to much like aerobics but the instructors now do a great job of making it more interval training with challenging yoga - I love it!

Just an excellent workout for the brain and body. You have some amazing and inspiring instructors.

Haven't been to the Encinitas location in a while. Went to Saturday 5:30pm with Olivia. It was SO fantastic. The studio has the best vibe. I also like the studio itself (compared to Del Mar)..,the big room with the trees behind it is so lovely. Can't wait to get back.

I love the variety in the schedule. Especially the 7:30 c2 evening classes. Teachers are great and it's a peaceful yoga atmosphere

The instructors are very nice and motivating. They remember my name which makes the environment more friendly and real versus someone randomly calling the entire class "friend" when they may not even know your name.

Love that a C2 is offered frequently bc it isn't a set sequence & provides themes and variety! Also great hands on assists!!

With traffic the commute is just too great. I literally had to turn around twice this week (after sitting in traffic for 30min) because I didn't make it to class. Please open in Carlsbad!!!!!!!!

It's very convenient for me as I work in the same business park. It's also clean and there are a lot of classes. I love the inspiration focused prior to each class.
