I love core power and I was one of the first customers when it open in Point Loma ten years ago and have probably taken over 1,000 classes. I take classes at many of the San Diego core power, presently, because I am all over San Diego for work.

FYI - most of the sculpt classes, and this UTC one was no different, was too hot. I would rather have the teacher work us harder, but open the door for the entire last 1/2 of class. Ie; I am there to work out my muscles, not my oxygen deprivation and my ability to survive heat exhaustion.

Granted, I am male and older then the average participant, but still, I am guessing most people would prefer my suggestion.

I just started my new job in the UTC area so the La Jolla studio is very convenient. I was excited to see that there is a 3:00 Sculpt class so decided to try it out. I loved it! The studio is a bit on the smaller side but there was enough room for everybody! I will definitely be back!
