I like the routines for Core One and I especially appreciate when the instructor leaves at least one of the doors open halfway through the segment. When it's too warm, I begin to feel weak and exhausted.

I enjoyed my classes. The studio is also very nicely maintained. Instructors are very nice and friendly. classes scheduled for throughout day so I can pick any class based on my schedule. I have been to Bikram yoga before but I would definitely recommend this over Bikram.

Instructors are friendly, energetic, and the studio is clean and modern. Corepower have been my favorite yoga studios since day one going on 10 years now.
Yoga Sculpt is challenging and fun.

For the class I went to on Wednesday night: The music can be too loud at times and many of us could not hear the instructor and it got foggy from all the bodies and the heat so it was hard to see towards the end.

There is nothing I don’t like. Classes and teachers are all super-mega-awesome. Not many male-oriented products available but the ones that are are great. No complaints.

Jordyn taught a killer class. Great instructor!

The yoga instructor was really GREAT! It was my first class and she was encouraging, had the perfect pace, and her transitions were smooth. I haven't had many great experiences, and It made me really like yoga and wanting to come back. Unfortunately, I don't live in San Diego. I wished I remembered her name, but I went on a Saturday morning. She was blonde haired (if it helps).
