I love the teachers and the friendliness of each instructor. I haven't practiced yoga in 2 years and I was very nervous about coming back. I've take 2 classes at Clairemont and both teachers were helpful in giving me some tips for my first few classes and helping to tweek minor positions for maximum benefits.

The studio and staff are friendly and inviting. Amy, the teacher, always has a theme during class that resonates with me. And I must not forget the clean bathrooms available for a shower after hot yoga. I usually have to go somewhere agree yoga and don't live nearby so the shower and towel rentals at appreciated.

Great instructors! First name removed leads a butt-kicking sculpt class (Sunday mornings)!! Would be great to see more class times offered at Clairemont Mesa.

I love the schedule and the teachers. As a working mom, corepower is my only mind & body workout during the week. Yoga Sculpt is my go-to class and I love that it is offered on Saturday & Sunday at 8am. If one of my kids has a soccer game on Saturday I can go to the Sunday class and vice versa. The Clairemont Studio keeps this schedule consistent and I love that. And, I love the sale rack of yoga clothes!

Excellent introduction to novice yoga practitioners, very clean and modern facilities and above all, superb instructors. In the 15 classes of Hot Power fusion I have taken, I have had the opportunity to be a student with 5-6 instructors. This past Saturday, my girlfriend and I both had the chance to participate in a class with Mike at Clairemont. Mike's pacing was excellent and his instructions were crisp and clear. He also demonstrated a number of moves and positions. Plus, hands-on corrections. Overall, one of the best of the 15 Hot Power fusion classes I have taken.

Clean close to home and friendly

I love how clean the studio is! I honestly think that the Clairemont Mesa studio is the cleanest in San Diego. The blocks never smell, the floors never feel grimmey, the mirrors in the studio are well maintained.

Overall, the studio has a home town feel to it. The Veteran teachers do a great job of making students and new-comers feel welcome every time.

I love the studio - It's never so crowded that it's uncomfortable and the location and class times are really convenient for me. Also, Aron is the best. His sculpt class is my favourite exercise of the week!

Aron is my favorite instructor at Corepower. He leads the class through movements at a good pace and always has a mantra you can relate to. He inspires you to do your best both on the mat and off.
